“I can’t tell you how often someone wants to hire me because they want to lose weight. I find it ironic because they are willing to spend a lot of money on personal training but quite often are unwilling to give up bread, pasta, and alcohol. With that being said, I have had clients decide after they hired me to make dietary changes.
